Song of the week, 28 December 2002: Wer soll das bezahlen? Today's
recording is by a guest artist: my father-in-law, Jim Treanor. Jim is an outstanding
saloon pianist who knows more tunes than an anthill has legs (yay Captain Analogy).
This track was done in my studio as a demo for an album of Jim and Piano that we plan to do in the near future. Wer soll das bezahlen is a traditional German drinking tune that asks the important end-of-the-evening questions "Hey, now... who is going to pay for all this?" and "Who the heck ordered that?" | |
